You must have five entries from PHSC’s libraries and databases or the list of approved website. Each entry must consist of an MLA citation per the MLA 8th edition, a one to two paragraph summary of your source/article, and a one paragraph evaluation statement about the usefulness/credibility of your source. The entire document must be double-spaced and in MLA format. Please use the MLA Template. The first line of each citation must be flush with the left margin of your paper; each additional line must be indented five spaces. This is a hanging indent, which is required for full source citations. The five entries for this assignment must be arranged alphabetically by author or if no author is given, by title.
