Find a contract that you or someone you know has entered into. If you need ideas, some places to start are a cell phone contract, gym contract, an apartment lease, a car lease, etc. If you have not entered into any contracts, feel free to use a family member, neighbor or friend’s contract. Do EACH of the following sections: 1. In a section marked “SUMMARY OF CONTRACT”, please tell me about the contract using what you have learned this semester, for instance key legal terms such as the type of contract. 2. In a section marked “THREE THINGS”, tell about 3 things that surprised you in the contract. For example, are there any weird clauses? Did you learn something new about the contract? Would you still sign the contract today? 3. Include a copy of the contract.
