Need to write a literature review about Motherhood in professional sports on the PHD. ITS ON WOMEN IN THE FRONT OFFICE (not the athletes)- managerial positions from Vice Presidents down to coordinators. How women started working in sports, the demand of the sports schedule, gender theory, maternity leave benefits, financial hardships,etc. Need at least 15 sources and they have to be from 2010-2019. And the sources MUST be scholarly sources from scholarly journals (no exceptions)
