San Miguel Sports Center, proposal of strategy

Anna was studying a Masters Degree in Sports Management at Cruyff Institute and decided to apply the knowledge she was acquiring to overcome the situation. She decided to identify the problems that the facility had and possible solutions she could provide. To do so, she used the SWOT methodology and, based on it, specified the objectives that it was intended to achieve in the next 3 years. Specifically, it carried out the following tasks: 1. She developed a diagnosis based on the analysis of the current situation. Identified relevant internal and external analysis elements from the current situation (based on information from the text and P&L Account) Maximum 3 pages 2. Interpreted the results of the analysis through a diagnostic tool Maximum 2 pages 3. She set out a structured action plan in a hierarchy of 2 or 3 levels a. Level 1. Strategic lines b. Level 2. Programs (optional) c. Level 3. Actions She then prepared a budget for the following 3 years based on the strategies and actions she had planned. Maximum 3 pages + 1 page for P&L account 4. Submitted a project (proposal of program/action) based on the strategy formulation previously developed Maximum 2 pages You have to complete these four tasks.
