Organize your paper into the following sections: Case Analysis Paper Sections – The case analysis should be limited to 2 pages using single line spacing (2.5 pages of analysis with citations and reference list included at the bottom half of the second page). Explain Costco’s success in terms of the three performance determinants in flexible leadership theory (efficiency, adaptation, and human capital). HINT: Your textbook is one source for this information. This question requires you to explain with examples that show how Costco used Flexible Leadership Theory and its 3 components (efficiency, adaptability and human capital as the organizations strategy that made Costco successful.
