Customer Relationship Management strategy in the retail industry

This Bachelor thesis must be based on this questionnaire.The questionnaire will be launched by me to survey professionals on LinkedIn for research. I want the questionnaire to have international competence; technical/IT and marketing related and must be analytical.Important features:-Prepared for research on the retail industry.-Prepared to survey professionals of CRM, launched on LinkedIn and Facebook.-Topic: Customer Relationship Management strategy from the marketing point of view with technical competences of Customer Relationship Systems. How Customer Relationship Management Strategy and Systems can benefit the company’s bottom line, increase profits and/or efficiency.-This questionnaire must give the outline of my thesis and I can write the rest from there. The direction and the topic I gave but you need to know CRM systems and strategy very well to be able to pinpoint the crucial aspects that increase profit/efficiency in this specialty.-I would like to have around 10 questions for the entire thesis but not more than that. The answers should be multiple choice if possible.
