The paper is split into 4 parts they are all included in the word doc. Basically, part 1 needs to consist of Mills argument he says that allowing freedom of expression enhances the wellbeing of society as a whole. I say that suppressing freedom of expression can also increase the wellbeing of society because not censoring it could lead to fake news. (It is explained in more detail in the doc). Please do not use secondary sources only Mill’s article and presentation.
