APA format Each learner will complete an individual paper analyzing his or her public health problem. In the paper, learners will explore at least 8 resources (books, articles, websites) about the topic, five of which must be peer-reviewed articles. At least four of the resources should be in favor of the proposition, and at least four resources should consider barriers or challenges to the proposition. Use your research to help you frame the issue and discuss your initiative along with potential solutions. Assignment Instructions: Review the materials you have gathered and created throughout this course: The topic of interest Blog postings Grassroots organization conversations Table of references Letter to a policy maker Outline of the paper Write a paper of 5-10 pages pulling these pieces together. Describe the health policy problem you addressed throughout this semester. Summarize the practicum experiences you had this semester in connection with a grass roots advocacy organization as well as a health care policy maker. Consider Lessons Learned AND Suggestions for future activities so that you have a direction to take when this course is finished. Provide an Introduction and a Conclusion to the paper. Your introduction should provide some rationale for why you felt this problem was important to address for this course. In your conclusion, consider what changes you would recommend to a future health policy advocate.
