Beg for the fairness because school give another student a chance to take the exit exam in 3 attempt… (Ms. K… submitted an Appeal for Reinstatement on March 12, 2019 (Exhibit E). The appeal was reviewed and denied on April 8, 2019. The rationale for the denial was that the students plan for academic success did not demonstrate significant indication that standards of academic progress would be met in the future. Ms. K…i appealed the reinstatement decision to Campus President, Dr. Pat Perryman. On May 20, 2019, after reviewing all of the appeal documentation Dr. Perryman upheld the appeal denial decision (Exhibit F).)
