* Main point 1: racial identity
Everyone adapts the culture difference. How many percent of Asian or American of ones depends on self identity. Because no matter someones first or second generation, if they look like Asian, they are Asian despite the ethnic background. For example, instead of asking where are you from or which country did you come from, the question should be replaced by what your ethnic background is?
* Main point 2: education admissions
Can use Harvard Case admissions for example. They denied applications of Asian students regardless good grades because they said they have enough Asian in the campus. So, the question is how many is enough?

Bamboo ceiling is one of the model minority using target on Asian Americans at workforces as a barrier for lack of communication skills or pack of leadership potential
