To be specific, comparative analysis means you compare TWO CRITERIA FOR EACH PARAGRAPH. Please compare which criteria is better than the other one, why it is better, how that criteria will help recruit the appropriate candidate, which candidate has that better criteria. Please write in Business style, be aware of grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and word choices.
