Here are some guiding questions for your analyticalcommentary: o What are the centraleducation-related main ideas or themes in the film? o What is the films stance on the issues you identified above? o Why do you think the filmmaker chose that focus? o Discuss any effects this central issue or problem in the film would have on teaching creative thinking. o Do you think the film presented a well-informed perspective of teachers, students,curriculum, the use of creative thinking,etc.? o What was the tone of the film? What do you think the filmmakers takeaway message is? o What parts of the film did you most strongly empathize with, or conversely, what parts did you react against? o Give concrete examples from the film to support the points you are trying to make. Make connections to ideas and information presented in this course. Remember, this is not a movie review. Keep thinking criticalanalysis of the use of creative thinking in the classroom.
