Based on the readings and resources from all 8 weeks of our class, develop a double-spaced 5-7 page paper (not including cover page or reference page) in Times New Roman, 12 point font, using APA formatting that addresses the following question:
What is the biggest challenge managing today’s business place?
You must incorporate terminology and concepts that focus on management. You are required to cite the book and no less that four outside resources.
You could take this in multiple directions, I encourage you to explore a topic and concept that interests you the most.
For example:
Discuss the challenges of working in a multi-national country and the technological resources that you must use.
Many employees are labeling the incoming generation as unmotivated. As a manager, how do you address and build motivation in this generation?
Discuss how ever-changing technology can change the structure of a company. In particular, how can it change the company culture?
