Just select one firm and discuss about it. The global trends are about demographic forces, are population growth, fertility, aging(60+), immigration, and different generations. Analysis how the global trends influence the specific industry, and choose one firm which has been affected and explain how the firm deal with the influence, like what kinds of strategies(including products and services) have been utilized by the firm.
