IMPORTANT: We are not expecting an essay with a summary of the leaders answers in your interview. The main goal of this assignment is for you to discuss the main leadership traits, skills, behaviors, strategies, and beliefs identified in the leader during your interview. Therefore, the questions you are going to use in your interview guide should help you to identify and reflect on these aspects. Some examples of questions you may develop and use are the following: What are the essential characteristics of a leader? What skills should I develop or acquire to be a leader? What is the most challenging thing in being a leader? What is your leadership philosophy, in a few words? What do you do to motivate others? How do you or would you handle unethical behavior? Which strategies of conflict management do you usually use? How do you help people to develop and grow professionally? Others. You can follow these examples to create your questions, which should be related to the concepts weve been discussing that are most attractive to you. Remember that the interview should help you to learn through the experience and the lessons of the leader being interviewed. Dont forget to pay attention and take notes about his communication skills verbal and non-verbal during the interview, as well.
