For 1.2 please consider a minimum of two different issues which relate to education and training in your specialism. For example, if you work as a teacher in a religious school you could look at the issue of whether children should be taught in schools which are segregated by religion. If you specialise in the teaching of sport you could look at the issue of whether sports education should concentrate upon the able, to train elite sportspersons, or upon the less able and perhaps less interested.
