Describe the companys primary business, products/services, with an analysis of revenues, market share, and profit contributions. Using the companys corporate website and the note references to the financial statements, analyse and critically evaluate the characteristics of the shareholding/ownership structure of your chosen company (e.g. the fraction of shares owned by present CEO and all former CEOs who are still on the board), and its governance structure (e.g. Board composition and directors remuneration).
