I will submit a research article to a journal publication My mutual interest is in e-commerce and I am interested in doing a case study. I think the challenges we touched on are ones with which a lot of small businesses are dealing. Some small company brings such an interesting perspective to this. You were ahead of the curve in a niche-business offering and are now dealing with the challenges of others growing up and catching up…not to mention the challenges brought by the big guys. While interesting in a research perspective the big benefit would be to find a couple of options of successfully navigating those challenges.
