Thesis Chapter – Intrinsic and Extrinsic rewards impact on employee motivation

This thesis is on Understanding Work Motivation: Difference Between Generations Y and Z. Intrinsic rewards come from within the individual whereas extrinsic rewards come from reinforcement from another person, such as a reward or recognition of some sort. Please discuss the different types of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards in WORK. You don’t have to be specific on each generation, however if you do find any differences OR similarities between the two generations, then please state those.
