This review of the literature paper calls for you to: 1. identify and review the relevant research and literature in the topic area 2. synthesize the research regarding the current state of knowledge in this area 3. identify the significance of this topic to change and communication 4. specify limitations and future research directions of the literature Structure of the Assignment: (APA in-text citations and a References page at the end of the paper) 1. Title- should contain enough information so the reader has a clear understanding of the focus of the review of literature 2. Introduction-Indicate the importance of the topic, the reader should understand how the topic is significant to change and communication, and forecast the development of material in paper 3. Review of Literature- classify/discuss previous research. The review should use current literature 5 years old or less. During the review of the literature, identify what is known and what conclusions can be drawn. Identify if there are any gaps in research, shortcomings in the research. 4. Conclusion: End the paper by reviewing the primary goals of the piece and the major conclusions drawn from the critical analysis of research
