Part 3 equivalent to 1000 words. Part 3 addresses presentation and independent evaluation, and consists of a detailed plan for ONE (only) professional learning session for staff/professional colleagues about one aspect of your strategic plan, your actual presentation of your professional learning session to a work colleague(s) or professionally informed friend, collection of feedback about your professional learning session from your work colleague(s) or professionally informed friend, and a personal critical evaluation of your professional learning session based upon the feedback you received and your own personal observations.
