For this assignment write a plan for the budget cuts. You will need to provide a spreadsheet of the original budget and then a column indicating the cuts to the budget. Additionally, provide a written reflection on “how” and “why” you chose to cut the budget. You also will need to indicate how you will address morale of your staff. This is important as all cuts to budgets tend to lead to some form of discontent.
