Implementation Plan6. Evaluation Plan7. ConclusionYou will be adding one content section to your information, the “Future of Nursing”. In your reading assignments for this week you were introduced to political and economic issues, as well as requirements and organizations that affect healthcare and the nursing profession. Choose one of the topics covered this week that relates to your change project. Add a short section to your presentation poster that explains the connection between the one you have chosen and your change project. In a few sentences write how nurse burnout correlate/connects with the info below interprofessional education (IPE)Interprofessional: IPE implies shared goals, a common learning process, coordination of teaching efforts, and shared decision-making and accountability. In the representation of IPE, discipline circles are interlocked, including an interlocking with the patient cir- cle (Olenick, Allen, & Smego, 2010, p. 78). Chapters 12, 13, and 14 discuss teams in more detail. Planning IPE experiences should include a clear vision of individual professional competen- cies, for example, specific to nursing; the five core competencies for health professions; and the interprofessional teamwork competencies. The focus areas of interprofessional teamwork com- petencies that are included in IPE include: • Values/Ethics for Interprofessional Practice: Work with individuals of other professions to maintain a climate of mutual respect and shared values. • Roles and Responsibilities: Use the knowledge of one’s own role and those of other pro- fessions to appropriately assess and address the healthcare needs of the patients and popu- lations served. • Interprofessional Communication: Communicate with patients, families, communities, and other health professionals in a responsive and responsible manner that supports a team approach to the maintenance of health and the treatment of disease. • Teams and Teamwork: Apply relationship-building values and the principles of team dynamics to perform effectively in different team roles to plan and deliver patient/popula- tion-centered care that is safe, timely, efficient, effective, and equitable (Interprofessional Education Collaborative, 2011, pp. 19, 21, 23).Finkelman, A.
