Create a Code of EthicsA call center business needs a code of ethics to handle attendance violation issues. Though it is understood that jury duty happens and there are legitimate sick leave persons there are those who leave work before their shift is over, call in sick but are seen out, chronic sick day abuses, chronic lateness etc.Guidelines for creating code of ethics:• Identify key provisions to be included in the code( 3 provisions).
