A UK GraduateJob in any of the following Project Management, Product Solutions or a related field. Please send the potential job description for approval before going ahead with the task. The task is to write a reflective essay to cover the following points: Outline the reasons why you are interested in working in this role. Demonstrate commercial awareness of both the firm and the industry in which it operates. Reflect on the key employability and leadership skills provided in the job description, and analyse which of the desired employability skills you currently possess and how you have acquired them by reflecting on previous personal and professional experiences. Analyse your skills gaps and how you can develop these skills in the next year. (We use this analysis to develop the skills workshops in Term 2) Within your report you should examine employability and leadership theories to support your personal reflections. Your report must include the following appendices: (1) A copy of the job description you have selected; { (2) A copy of your updated CV. Omit the part i will include My CV myself } The word count includes everything in the body of the text, such as quotations, citations and subheadings. It does not include the coursework title (cover sheet), Reference List, appendices or other supplementary material that does not form an essential part of the text. The report should not contain footnotes, and you are NOT required to provide a Bibliography or an Executive Summary. An allowance of 10% deviation over the stated maximum word count is permitted. Font: Arial 11 or 12 with 1.5 line spacing. The focus is on you the report is not written for others, e.g. industry or other managers. Your recommendation is for you. Use 1st person singular (I).
