Part 1
1. Complete the final draft of your paper based on your chosen topic.
2. This theoretical paper should utilize your work and feedback from the preceding units of this course.
-Incorporate any feedback received or additional research sources developed during the course.
-Use articles only from academic journals.
-Write in APA style.
3. Your 1820-page final paper must address the following:
-Explore the relationship of the chosen topic to collaboration and cooperation within the criminal justice sphere at the following levels:
-Individual
-Group
-Organizational
-Discuss your awareness of the chosen topic, including any assumptions you may have or have had based on your own organizational experience.
-Focus on one of the course objectives but ensure you touch on all three. The objectives are found in the Course Information area of your classroom.
4. Use the following format for your paper:
-Abstract
-Proposal
-Body
-Introduction of the topic
-Questions explored in the research
-Literature review that integrates what was found in the literature
-Conclusions and recommendations to organizations that, if enacted, would be helpful to individuals, groups, and organizations
5. References
-10 articles published within the last 5 years on the topic (at a minimum)
Part 2
1. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that details the content of your paper. Describe the content as if you were presenting your topic and findings to an audience that has not read your paper.
2. Address the following in your presentation:
-Be clear and concise.
-Provide speaker notes for all slides (except the Title and Reference slides).
-Use no more than 5 slides with no more than 35 bullet points per slide.
