Firstly, please can the (CAREER ACTION PLAN) be done first before the assignment. The skills within the Action Plan need to interlink with the assignment. The assignment is a commentary reflecting report, based on PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER JOB ROLE. I have attached Theory Models and 2/3 models need to be used, this needs to be throughout the critical report. Give a basic definition of the models and then critically analyse it through the employability skills and link within the job specification. STRUCTURE – Introduction- What is employability?
