Many Americans complain about the “slow-moving” nature of our government. In 1250-1500 words, explain how the institutions of our federal government (congress, president, bureaucracy, judiciary) interact to make quick and/or arbitrary policy responses less likely. Make sure you include two of the institutions in your paper. In addition, please include examples from current events to illustrate your arguments (the only outside sources you should use are the New York Times and/or the Wall Street Journal – free access through UF).
