The order is for a full dissertation, e.g. all chapters abstract, discussion, introduction chapter, literature review, methodology results and finally financial costings to the company which supports the evidence from the previous sections. (this is compulsory for the CIPD part of the report). The first chapter to be completed within the first month must be the literature review.- The academic sources must be from relevant 4 star and some 3-star journals where applicable and not from grey literature, however pertinent specific books can be used. The remaining chapters must be completed in the remaining month left. Therefore, I would suggest at least a section each week after that, the literature review.
