Attached is a rough outline as to what the term paper should include. Also, please focus on a company or two that has an alternative dispute resolution program and discuss the results of their program. You will need to delve into actual cases to support the paper. I have also listed some references; please add any others you may need to use. Please include anything else that you feel would be pertinent and that could add substance to the paper. The paper should be 8-10 page in lengthI have attached some of the chapters form the book: ADR in the workplace (3rd ed.) but I did not include any of the cases from chapter 7.
