Directions: This semester, weve learned about what mass media is and how it works. Weve dabbled in ethics, reporting, various mediums of media and more. Your task is to choose one subject youd like to investigate and write a five-page paper about it. Youll be asked to incorporate two sources MINIMUM into your research. Most research papers begin by posing a question you are interested in answering. Try to find a topic that truly interests you — the world is your oyster! Pose your two potential topics as a question to be answered or a problem to be solved. I will respond to your forum posts with some feedback. You will ultimately only write about one of these topics.

How does advertising influence content in a publication?
Who are the most famous Asian-American journalists of all time?
How did the media influence the 2016 election?
1) Your paper cannot use I the first person in any capacity
2) Your paper must be five typewritten pages
3) Your paper must include a works cited page with all sources used
