Create a team charter that describes how your team will work together to complete the team project. The team contract must include the following: How identified tasks will be divided among team members. This is the foundation for your work plan. How team members will make decisions. How team members will resolve disputes. Note: The first action should not be emailing your instructor. How team members will communicate with one another. Before submitting the team charter, each team member must sign the charter.
