You are responsible for writing an 8-10-page paper on the Holocaust or a post- Holocaust genocide event of your choosing. This paper requires that you do outside scholarly research (note: besides the texts for the class which you may use, you must cite at least 6 scholarly references). Once you have chosen a topic, you will discuss the historical context and related societal issues of your event. Most important, however, is your analysis of how your chosen topic is related to the framing of the Holocaust and other genocides.
