NEED to be sure we use articles that match the PICO plan and practice changes we are making. This is the evaluation part of the process for the Benchmark paper which is a very long paper we are preparing for.

Describe the ways in which the outcome measures evaluate the extent to which the project objectives are achieved.
Describe how the outcomes will be measured and evaluated based on the evidence. Address validity, reliability, and applicability. (THIS is critical, finding appropriate Evidence-based research so we can implement the change, using appropriate reference citations proving the need for the change in the nursing practice) This is not a long paper however the Rubric has to be followed and citing EBR is critical and must be appropriate for the change in practice.
Describe strategies to take if outcomes do not provide positive results.
Describe implications for practice and future research.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required. (Uploading template to be sure it is correct format especially REFERENCES need either URL or DOI and punctuation is picked at too, as is appropriate Italics… can you tell the professor is making us worry!!!)
