Public Policy Analysis Paper The purpose of this policy issue paper is to enhance your knowledge and understanding of a particular area within public administration. A second purpose is to enhance your critical and analytical capabilities, and third, to improve your capability in written expression and oral presentation. Students as a group chooses a public policy analysis or organizational analysis which must be discussed with and approved by the instructor.
