I don’t really remember too much about it except that it wasn’t a very pleasant time in my life. Topic 2: The benefits exercise has your physical and mental health. Thesis Statement: exercise not only improves your physical health, but it can have a huge positive impact on mental health disorders such as, Depression, anxiety and ADHD Personal Experience: About a year and a half ago I was very overweight and weighed 295lbs which was not good at all physically and it took a serious toll on how I felt about myself. For almost all my life except early childhood I had been overweight and very depressed because of that. It wasn’t until 2 years ago that I was fed up with the way I looked and took control of what I ate and had personal trainer at the gym to keep me going to the gym. Up until now I have lost 70lbs. Topic 3: Introversion and learning to strengthen your extroverted traits Thesis Statement: As an introvert, learning to strengthen your extroverted skills like social skills, making quick decisions and working with others is very important to grow as a person and open doors for you in the future.
