If you are in the middle of all four lenses, discuss whether you think that is because you are flexible/adaptable and consider all sides, or if it is because your lens isn’t fully differentiated yet and you are challenged making decisions? Discuss whether or not you agree with the assessment. It is not enough to say, “I agree”. Give specific reasons why you agree or disagree and explain. If you disagree, which lens do you believe best exemplifies your ethical lens? Give examples from your personal or professional life how the lens does or does not align. Be specific and detailedtell me a story about a work or personal experience. Why was it a dilemma and how did you resolve it successfully (or not). How does your ethical lens align with your decision making style? Do you see overlaps. Explain how your style as well as your ethical lens impacts the way you make decisions.
