Part A: Management and Leadership
Review Exhibit 9.7 and then identify your strengths and weaknesses as a manager. What will you do to compensate for your weaknesses?

Part B: Planning
Discuss how the planning information (Strategic, Tactical, Operational, and Contingency) contained in Exhibit 9.2 helps an organization to achieve its long-term goals and mission statement.

Discuss how you see your business developing and its growth strategy and how it will determine the future organizational structure of your business.
Design an organizational structure for your business and include a diagram, if possible. Demonstrate how you have linked the organizational structure to business goals, functional areas of your company, and satisfying customers.
