Develop a leadership plan based upon your leadership style and organizational goals to address your organizations areas of weaknesses described in Area #3. ? How will you carry out your plan? Describe what theories you will use to carry out your plan and how you will use them. ? How will you incorporate morality and ethics to ensure your plan is in compliance with the mission and vision of the organization? This section should be four to 4-6 pages long. Divide your paper into subheadings according to the areas listed above. Each section that is submitted should follow APA format, include name of student, title, introduction, sub headings, conclusion, bibliography (if sources were used), and page numbers. Pay close attention to the formatting of in-text citations and bibliography. Use a minimum of 2 sources in text and list on reference page.
