Create a mission statement for your non-profit d. Create a strategy & vision for the organization e. Decide if your non-profit will be a defender, prospector, analyzer or reactor and explain why. f. Decide how you will market the non-profit organization g. What do you expect the leadership style of the leader of the non-profit to be and why is that style of leadership required? h.
