Define problems that may arise when encountering someone with narcissistic traits

Focus on defining narcissism, what it is
Why is narcissism a problem?
Offer different areas/relationships of concern (e.g. workplace (boss/coworker), family members, personal (dating/marriage)
Define problems that may arise when encountering someone with narcissistic traits
Offer solutions or recommendations (maybe therapy or deal with it, awareness)
What if it can’t be avoided? What do you do?
Thesis to use (can be altered): Have you ever encountered someone self-centered, selfish, or full of themselves? If so, these are all traits of a person who has a narcissistic personality, and if you are dating them the signs could even get worse. When being in a relationship with a narcissistic person, you must be aware of the signs. I’m also wondering why anyone would be attracted to a person with narcissistic tendencies in the first place, that is why do people find them attractive? While people with narcissistic personalities are often the envy of others and have a sense of entitlement. They should be avoided in personal relationships for safety reasons because they also tend to be demeaning and emotionally manipulative.
Let’s dig deeper into the last two sentences of the thesis:
While people with narcissistic personalities are often the envy of others and have a sense of entitlement. They should be avoided in personal relationships for safety reasons because they also tend to be demeaning and emotionally manipulative.
Why are they the envy of others? What characteristics often go along with this type of personality disorder? Why do they have a sense of entitlement? How do they act which suggests that entitlement?
Answering these questions should help you develop the first of these two sentences, which right now is a fragment.
