Below is the abstract that I had to do and is needed to be included in the essay, also I have to use all of the 5 references in that abstract file plus 5 more that I need the writer to pick out. I need a total of 10 APA cited references. From the professor, this is what’s needed for paper. The Term Paper will require to demonstrate the knowledge and assimilation of criminal justice administration and planning with the chosen topic, Students are expected to write one concise and succinct Term Paper. This needs to include title page and abstract and references chosen. The paper should include discussion on leadership and management of the training and ill training of police officers and the events that result from that. The term paper should be using proper APA formatting, should use APA 6th Edition formatting including double spacing, indentation of paragraphs, 12-point New Times Roman font one-inch margins, and page numbers. Students should also include a title page with their name. One of the examples are the Michael Brown shooting by police officer. This paper needs to have APA in text citations. I have 5 cited references in the file below but I need 5 additional more APA cited references for a total of 10 APA cited references that are scholarly reviewed websites.
