1. Choose a topic to investigate within psychology (i.e., personality tests used in hiring practices of organizations)
2. Create a research question that explains the topic and purpose of the annotated bibliography (i.e., Are personality tests valid measures for hiring new employees?)
3. Conduct a literature search to find 3 non-academic sources and 4 academic sources(from UNC Charlotte library database) which answer the research question or create an argument for answering the research question.
4. Create APA citations and annotations for each source.
The annotation should both summarize and assess the study in the citation. The first paragraph provides a brief summary of the study’s project in the book, covering the main points of the work. The second paragraph points out the projects strengths and evaluates its methods and presentation. etc..
