CostX Measuremnt Masonry 2

You need to use the CostX 6.7 Educational license for this exercise. CostX Measurement Tutorial test. It’s only a tutorial exercise. The exercise is uploaded under the name “Exercise Tutorial Brief”. The house of model to be used for the exercise is uploaded under the name “House of model”. You need to upload the 2.0 3D model on your costX software. To do the exercise you need the model of house + the 2.0 3D model, + tutorial brief which states what you need to do. In addition use ASMM (Australian standard method of measurement), because all your measurements needs to be done in accordance with the ASMM masonry section which I uploaded. “BIM extraction ” will be uploaded to help in uploading the 3D model to costX. When done upload the CostX exf file for me (before saving it please inform me to send you the required name the file needs to be saved as. I will also upload lecture notes to help more. All the work asked in the tutorial brief need to be completed in CostX, then the costX exf file will be sent to me. Also please refer to the common mistakes made document I uploaded to help you avoid the mistakes. I uploaded two documents as Example Brief + example solution. These will help you to see what was asked and how answered in the workbook. These are just examples please dont confuse them with the actual brief. The solution example document I uploaded is just an example of how the workbook should look like and the measurements for the example brief uploaded. This will also help you to see how the workbook needs to be set in terms of structure, project name on top, big letters bolded, then trade under , then topics extra. From that document there is a heading Generally the first one. Please copy that heading and its subheadings exactly as it is in your book. So what you are doing is measuring masonry, based on what the tutorial brief is asking, using the house of model and 3D model, measuring in accordance with ASMM. As well as following the other above instructions. Also please keep in mind , not all every measurable item is listed in the specification and tutorial brief, it is part of the subject to understand the ASMM and find out what measurable items are applicable to the project. So based on ASMM you might need to measure other things as required. So all documents I uploaded should help you as well. Please let me know if anything is unclear. As you know, this task is level 2 of the masonry 1 tutorial you are completing, only different questions, measurements etc. Please dont confuse them with each other. They are separate tasks, to avoid confusion, only start masonry 2 once, masonry 1 is downloaded and fully finished. This is a very important task for , I trust you will complete it very well. Thanks in advance.
