What theories and research have been most meaningful to me in meeting this competency and why?4. What artifacts may I have produced that helped me integrate scholarly readings into practice?5. What ideas about practice have challenged me as I have met this competency?6. What is my current thinking about “best practice” as it applies to my professional work related to this competency?7. How do I want to grow further in the future in relation to this competency?PIII. Professional Identity, Leadership, and Ethics: Express an understanding of the fundamentals of practice as well as ethical considerations that should guide one’s professional and/or scholarly pursuits.1. Present a clear understanding of the foundational theories and viewpoints that comprise the field of study.2. Explain the ethical theories upon which the field is built and assess their viability and applicability.3. Describe one’s leadership style, leadership goals, and steps to develop leadership skills to be applied to one’s community of practice.Each competency section must include 3-5 artifacts that demonstrate how you met the competency; these may include any of the aforementioned.
