Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) in White-tail deer (odocoileus virginianus) focused in the Untied States

Because review papers are not formatted like research papers, their form varies considerably. Your paper will include 1) a clearly stated research focus within the first two paragraphs, 2) descriptive sub-headings throughout the paper (please refer to an issue of BioScience for an example), and 3) a Conclusion section and a Literature Cited section. The Literature Cited section should minimally include 30 sources (this is, after all, a review paper!). Your paper should minimally be 10 pages long, excluding your Literature Cited section. Carefully follow the guidelines and expectations indicated below.

Format

Use bold font for the title and the section headings.
Center the title and your name below it. Do not bold your name.
Section headings should be left justified.
Use 1-inch margins, 12-point Times font, and double-spacing.

Your final review paper should include the following:

Title
o Include a descriptive title. Below the title, list your name as the author. Center both the title and your name.
Section subheadings
o Main subheadings should be formatted in bold and left-justified.
o Divisions within sections should also be formatted in bold, but also followed by a period, and then immediately by the text of that section. (See the BioScience example available on Canvas.)
Conclusions
o This should be the last section of your paper (excluding the Literature Cited section) and should include your conclusions and summary points about your research topic.
Literature Cited
o Follow the format used in BioScience for citing sources. Eligible sources include peer-reviewed journals and published reports.

Expectations

Your written report should be professional-grade in terms of thoroughness and polish.
o You must proofread carefully and use proper grammar and spelling.
You will have limited class time to work on this project, so time provided should be used effectively. You will need to spend time out of class to complete this project.
