DO NOT use internet sources unless it is “.edu.” A term Paper without endnotes will recieve a grade of “0”. The grade for this assignment will be based on the following weight: sentence syntax?grammar (25%), organization (25%), depth of analysis (25%), and referencing sources (25%). Include a bibliography in alphabetical order Correct order of a proper endnote and bibliography examples according to turabian/chicago: Endnotes: First name last name, name of the book (place of publication:name of publisher, year of publication), page number. Bibliography: last name, first name. Name of book italicized. Place of publication: name of publisher, year of publication. 10 pages are the “meat” of the term paper. page 11 are the endnotes page 12 is the bibliography ***Directions for Term Paper*** 1.use one inch (1″) margins all around. 2. The title of the paper goes in quotation marks. 3.Double space your paragraphs, but remember that “block quotes” (direct quote with more than 2 sentences) are single spaced and indented. 4.Use endnotes, NOT footnotes. For your endotes, use Arabic numerals (i.e.,1,2,3…) NOT Roman numerals (i.e.,I,ii,iii…). 5. your endnotes page goes after your last paragraph on a separate page. 6. Your bibliography page goes after your endnote page(s). It’s the last part of your term paper. 7. Put page numbers either at the bottom center, or the upper right-hand corner of your pages. 8. Use 12 point type and Time Roman Font. 9. Use simple past tense. You are writing about what has already happened. It’s History. 10. Use Turabian’s book (Chicago style) for style, punctuation, and proper citation forms for your sources.
