4. What types of ways has the drug been regulated. Here, examine the politics behind these regulations. Did moral panics occur? What laws were passed? How has law enforcement been involved in its regulation?
5. Has regulating this drug disproportionally affected people based on race?
6. What are some policies are used to treat folks who are addicted to this drug/class of drugs? Have they been effective and how could they be improved upon?
7. What future policies would you recommend to alleviate criminal justice, public health, and other societal issues associated with the use and sale of this drug?
8. This project should be 6-8 pages in length (body of the paper), using APA style formatting, complete with a title page, conclusion, and a reference page with at least 7 empirical references outside of class materials.
