Assignment 2: Capstone Project Part 2: SMART Objectives
In Section III: Methodology of your Final Project for HLTH 6245, you developed the general goals of your Community Health Intervention. These goals took into consideration the implementation plan, evaluation methods and ethical issues inherent in the methodology, and the inclusion of three community stakeholders. You were advised in HLTH 6245 that in your Capstone course you would be revising these goals as SMART objectives.
For this Assignment:
Review each of the general goals you developed for Section III: Methodology of your HLTH 6245 Final Project.
Review this weeks Learning Resources, focusing on the characteristics of SMART objectives.
Note the differences between process objectives, impact objectives, and outcome objectives.
Review the Capstone Project Components Rubric and the Capstone Project Instructions document (listed in the Week 2 Learning Resources).
The Assignment (12 pages):
For each goal, develop at least one SMART process objective, one SMART impact objective, and one SMART outcome objective.
Clarify to which goal each objective is aligned.
