Seldom does all go as planned, and we often have a need to change direction for many reasons. As such, contingency planning does much to minimize the time we spend in a reactive mode. In this discussion, we are going to consider contingency planning and general situations for which we should have a contingency plan. Based on some initial research and your experience, create an initial post with an analysis of four situations we might encounter for which we should have a contingency plan. Be creative and do some research before submitting your response. Be sure to do the following: Do not simply identify a situation. Analyze why it is important to plan for the situation with an emphasis on probable negative effects if the situation is not planned for. Do some research and offer an article or a video related to one of more of your analyzed situations.
